2. How do I get a replacement for a failed or unsatisfactory Gilmour product?
   
   A Gilmour product will provide complete satisfaction for the life of the product or it will be replaced free of charge. (Industrial and Commercial uses are excluded.) Look for the seal on most Gilmour products.
   
   For replacement of an unsatisfactory hose end product, pruning tool or tank sprayer, contact us. Include your name, address and phone number. In the message section, describe the problem you are having and include the model number of the Gilmour product.
   
   For replacement of an unsatisfactory flexogen hose, cut off both ends of the hose and send to:

   Gilmour
   Excelsior Springs Division
   140 Corum Road
   Excelsior Springs, MO 64024

   Be sure to include your name, address (not a P.O. Box), diameter and length of the hose and a brief description of the problem you are having. A replacement hose will be shipped approximately two (2) weeks after your information is received.

   Define postage paid.
